One unique destination is the Mercer Museum, which was built specifically to preserve the collection of Henry Mercer. His exhibition gives viewers a first-hand glimpse of what it was like to live before the Industrial Age. These artifacts and remarkable relics are an intriguing way to explore the community's history. Visiting the museum and exploring Fonthill Castle is a wonderful way to look into the town's past. The castle features 44 stunning rooms with Mercer’s hand-painted tiles. Much like the museum, the castle offers a glimpse into Mercer's architectural vision and is an extravagant space to explore.
